Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: October 30, 2025

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made to SSTOVERSEAS EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED (“SST Overseas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for clinical rotation programs, placement services, booking fees, and other services offered through our website.

By making a payment or enrolling in any program offered by SST Overseas, the student acknowledges and agrees to the following policy.

1. General Refund Policy

All payments made to SST Overseas towards clinical rotation programs, booking fees, placement services, and other related services are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once a payment has been made, it cannot be cancelled or refunded due to a change of mind, personal circumstances, change in plans, or any other reason, except as expressly provided under the Visa Refusal Refund provision below or where a refund is required by applicable law.

2. Refund in Case of Visa Refusal

SST Overseas will consider a refund request only if the student’s visa application is officially refused by the relevant Embassy or Consulate.

In such cases:

• The student must provide an official visa refusal letter or other acceptable documentary evidence issued by the relevant Embassy or Consulate.
• The refund request must be submitted in writing to SST Overseas along with the supporting documents.
• An administrative charge will be deducted from the total amount paid.
• The remaining eligible balance will be refunded to the student through the original payment method, wherever possible.

The applicable administrative charges will be communicated to the student before enrolment and payment.

A visa refusal does not automatically qualify for a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refund will ordinarily be provided under the following circumstances:

• The student voluntarily withdraws from the program after making payment.
• The student changes their mind or decides not to pursue the clinical rotation.
• The student is unable to travel due to personal, professional, or family reasons.
• The student fails to submit the required documents or complete the application process.
• The student fails to attend the scheduled rotation.
• The student is unable to participate due to failure to meet eligibility or documentation requirements.
• The student requests a change in specialty, location, preceptor, or rotation dates after confirmation.
• The student experiences delays or difficulties with travel arrangements, accommodation, or other personal arrangements.

All such payments will remain non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing by SST Overseas.

4. Administrative Charges

Administrative charges cover the work and expenses associated with application processing, placement coordination, documentation, communication with preceptors and institutions, payment processing, and other administrative activities.

These charges will be communicated before payment and deducted from the eligible refund amount in the event of an approved visa-refusal refund.

Any deductions will be subject to applicable law and the terms agreed with the student.

5. Refund Request Procedure

Students seeking a refund under the visa-refusal provision must:

1. Send a written refund request to SST Overseas.
2. Provide their full name and program details.
3. Submit the official visa refusal documentation.
4. Provide the original payment receipt or transaction reference.
5. Provide any additional information reasonably required to process the request.

Incomplete requests may require additional documentation before processing.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund request has been reviewed and approved, SST Overseas will generally initiate the eligible refund within 10–15 business days.

The actual time taken for the refund to reflect in the student’s account may vary depending on the payment gateway, card issuer, and banking institution.

Refunds will ordinarily be processed through the original payment method wherever supported and permitted.

7. International Payment and Currency Conversion

For payments made through international credit or debit cards, any currency conversion differences, foreign transaction charges, or charges imposed by the issuing bank or payment provider will be governed by the applicable payment provider’s terms and applicable law.

SST Overseas will not impose any undisclosed or unauthorized deductions.

8. Acknowledgement and Acceptance

By enrolling in a clinical rotation program and making payment, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

This policy forms part of the terms governing the student’s enrolment with SST Overseas and should be read together with the applicable student agreement.
